My name is Wes and I consider myself a world citizen living for the next adventure. I was born in Germany and grew up in East Tennessee. I have lived and studied in Germany and Thailand and my love of travel has taken me all around the globe. From sampling exotic street food to scuba diving in the Keys, exploring unknown places and cultures is what truly sets my soul on fire. Food has always been one of my big passions - I believe trying new dishes can bring you closer to understanding different people's way of life.
