I would book ahead with any of the vendors set up in Centro or with booking sites like Viator (although they will likely be more expensive). You can find many tour operators soliciting in the plazas and you can also ask your hotel staff for recommendations on guides.
There are plenty of vineyards near Bernal and on the route to Tequisquiapan. Not only are there vineyards but also the area is known for it’s cheese as well. I would suggest getting out and exploring the countryside on a day filled with wine and cheese.
Explore the picturesque vineyards nestled in Ezequiel Montes or San Juan del Rio regions, where rows of grapevines stretch out as far as the eye can see.
